Defective phones may be exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase.
Defective phones beyond 30 days of purchase, may be returned to Time To Go Wireless, to be sent in for warranty, within 1 year of purchase.
This policy excludes any merchandise that has been dropped, damaged, or modified in any way.
The staff at Time To Go Wireless reserves the right to deny any warranty return, per their discretion
